Developing a brand strategy

Over days of facilitated discovery sessions we uncovered deep insights into the challenges Mandy Homes faced as an organization in the real estate industry. In the process, they prioritized the customer needs and business goals.

Defining the brand

Through a series of exercises in the strategy session, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand such as its goals, unique value proposition and key attributes.

Understanding The Customers

Mandy Homes is a home seekers’ first firm. At the core of the brand is helping home seekers easily get homes they love.

To understand the needs of these home seekers, we created unique user profiles to effectively represent them. This painted a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs and challenges.

Positioning the brand

Through a structured brand positioning exercise in the discovery session we were able to determine the turf in the real estate business landscape Mandy Homes can not only compete in but also own.

A New Logo

The old Mandy Homes logo presented the challenge of impracticability. Due to its very limited scope of usage we decided to totally overhaul it and give the brand a new logo that is simple, practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Brand Collateral Design

Accompanying the brand-new logo are collection of materials and media used to create awareness and promote the brand.

Some of these are Id cards, business cards, social media visual branding, fliers, brochures, video etc. They provide the crucial support needed for the sales and marketing of services offered by the brand.

A New Website

The major goals of the Mandy Homes website is to educate home seekers and make the acquisition of homes they love absolutely easy. We achieved these goals through the employment of latest technologies in the real estate digital industry. The website features top features such as a top-class blog, virtual tours, property videos, property maps, floor plans, advance search etc. All of these without alienating fast load time and responsiveness.

The website was also built on the WordPress platform which allowed for easy customization of the webpages without any coding knowledge.

Appointment Automation

Appointments are very important part of every real estate firm. Booking and keeping track of them are very tedious though. That is why we developed an effective appointment automation platform for Mandy Homes.

Chatbot Development

A messenger chatbot was developed for lead generation and qualification, customer support and live chat.

For lead generation, it collects buyers’ and sellers’ leads, qualify them and send them to the appropriate department for further processing. This bot is fully autonomous and always
online.
